Oak Hills Obstacle Challenge

New for 2015!!
Fina Vista Farm is pleased to announce the opening of our new exciting obstacle challenge course set in the rolling woods of the farm's property in the Oak Hills, just East of Stirling, Ontario.
What is it? The OHO Challenge currently has 18 obstacles with a range of difficulty, lots of natural jumps, varying terrain and some pretty impressive hills.  The course is equipped with signage, directing riders as they race against the clock, collecting "keys" for every obstacle completed. The more keys, the more minutes knocked off their final time.
Whether you are looking for a way to practice for Versatility Competitions or Extreme Cowboy Races,  to improve the bond with your horse, commune with nature or just escape from the repetition of the ring... you should give the Oak Hills Obstacle Challenge a try!
Contact us today to book a time to come and play on the course.  Currently we are booking Tuesday Afternoons from 1-3pm.
 More times to come or by appointment. 
Current liability insurance is required for those bringing horses.

​OPTIONS AND COSTS:

2 HOURS OF PLAY ON THE COURSE: 

• Bring your own horse: $35/each for individual rider booked, $25/each for 2 riders, $20/each for 3 or more riders.
• Use our horse(s): $45/each for individual rider booked, $35/each for 2 riders, $30/each for 3 or more riders.  (We have some sporty and smooth Paso Fino horses for hire).

2 HOURS OF TIME ON THE COURSE WITH COACHING: 

• Bring your own horse: $45/each for individual rider booked, $35/each for 2 riders, $30/each for 3 or more riders.
• Use our horse(s): $55/each for individual rider booked, $45/each for 2 riders, $40/each for 3 or more riders.

Stay tuned for information on upcoming Challenge competitions on the course involving a race through the woods completing obstacles as you go while following posted directions.  Lots of fun for all levels, all obstacles are optional but the more you complete, the more minutes are knocked off your time!
